Fabrication Methods Of Barbed Wire
Standard Twist: Two or more base wires are first twisted into a double-strand core. The barbed wire is then spirally wrapped around this core strand.
Reverse Twist: The barbed wire is first wrapped around a single central wire (the core). A second wire is then introduced and twisted with the core to form a secure double-strand assembly, locking the barbs in place.
Alternate Twist: The twisting direction of the wires is deliberately reversed at the points where the barbs are attached, instead of maintaining a uniform twist direction throughout. This enhances structural integrity.
